"Sunset" Condo at Kindred Farm

With an abundance of light, windows, and decor inspired by the surrounding countryside, we've put much attention to detail in design, including lots of natural textures and colors, comfort in our selections of quality linens, furniture, and materials that echo our surroundings in the TN countryside.

• Living room has chaise lounge sofa - the bottom of the sofa pulls out and creates a bed on the sofa cushions that can sleep 1 more person if needed.
• Gorgeous full kitchen with mirrored quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher.
• Kitchen has coffeemaker for beans or K-cups with grinder, quality dishes, glasses, wine glasses, plates, cooking utensils, and space for preparing full meals.
• Beautiful full bath with custom-designed picket tile walk-in shower with glass doors & large modern vanity. 
• Spacious porch balcony with a gorgeous view of our pasture and woods.
• Trails to walk to the woods or creek and soak up nature.

In your free time, immerse yourself in a book from our curated stacks, get some work done in the quiet using our wifi, or take a leisurely walk on a trail to the woods to experience peace by the creek and do some forest bathing. If you'd like, you can observe the daily happenings of a working farm from your perch on the second floor porch of the barn outside the entrance to the condo.

This rental is in a great location if you're seeking a respite from the city, or needing a home base to explore the surrounding towns of Columbia, TN (~ 15 minutes away) and Spring Hill, TN (~ 25 minutes away).

(Available seasonally) Guests also have access to optional upgrades from Kindred Farm, such as special orders of our fresh Signature Cinnamon Rolls, pre-made meals by Chef Steven to stock your fridge, gift baskets, fresh flower bouquets, and more! Upgrade options will be provided at time of booking.

GUEST ACCESS

This condo is on a working farm and on the second floor of an event center. The guest entrance is on the back side of the barn on the second floor which provides privacy. However, all guests should be aware that the first floor of the barn is used daily for office space and event setup for our staff. We also frequently host events throughout the seasons. Be aware there will be some sounds from the daily workings of a farm and when we are hosting events. 

Please note we cannot stop or pause an event when a guest is staying with us. Events usually end by 8:30pm, and cleanup by our staff typically ends 1-2 hours after the event. Our neighbors also have several farm animals, so you might hear sounds of the countryside, such as a rooster crowing, sheep, and cows.

While our staff is always mindful while guests are staying with us, we have found that our rentals are a great fit for guests who do not mind experiencing some sounds and who understand this is a working farm and event center.

Please enjoy the view from your side of the balcony, and feel free to walk the path behind the barn to enjoy the woods by Fairy Creek, which runs seasonally. You can also feel free to enjoy the fire pits behind the barn (and use the firewood in our wood pile!) when we are not hosting a public event.

Kindred Farm is open to the public on select Saturday mornings from 9am-noon. If you're staying with us during this time, come hang out with us and buy some artisan goods we sell at the farm store! We often serve breakfast and drinks as well.

We offer farm tours with the owners when the farm store is open or at separate times for a fee. Let us know if you're interested in scheduling a tour or purchasing some produce or flowers when in season!

This studio has a maximum of 3 guests, not including infants. Pets are not allowed.
